First Class postage and packing within the UK is £4.00 for unmounted and plastic mounted slides and transparencies
Next Day courier delivery (UK only) is £12
International tracked and signed postage and packing within Europe is from £9.30 and packages should arrive within 10 working days of despatch.
International tracked and signed postage and packing Rest of the World is from £10.00 and packages should arrive within 10 working days of despatch.
For urgent international deliveries we can arrange DHL deliveries – please ask for a quote.
All prices include VAT for UK customers. No VAT is charged outside the UK but overseas customers should be prepared to pay VAT/import duties levied by their own country.
We accept major credit and debit cards, cheques and you can also pay cash if you are collecting.
We will check the total sum and the files you supply before starting work on your project.
A VAT receipt is supplied with order.
Delivery times & methods
We try to maintain a five working day maximum turnaround time but usually it is much less than that. If you have a more urgent time schedule then please ring or email us first so that we can try to accommodate you – forewarned is forearmed!
There is no specific insurance with First Class or Airmail delivery but Royal Mail has a maximum of £20 compensation for loss or non-delivery.
For deliveries that need to be guaranteed next day we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. Which service we use depends on the time of day your order is ready for despatch, the location within the UK and the type of address being delivered to. The next day service is only available within the UK and is for deliveries Next Day, Monday to Friday. The next day courier service costs £12 and is UK only.
Note: ‘Next Day delivery’ doesn’t mean you receive your order gets the day after you place it! It is an alternative to normal first class post delivery where next day delivery is guaranteed (no such guarantee with first class) and a signature is required on delivery.
