Ordering by email

Because of attachment size restrictions by many ISPs emails are not the ideal way of getting images to us. We have developed much more efficient ways for doing this using your web browser and most people use the on-line ordering service.

However, if for one reason or another, you are unable to order online then we can accept orders by email.

Click on the PDF icon below to open the PDF order form. Fill in on-screen then click the large ‘Submit by email’ button on the form itself.
A new email will open with the PDF form already attached, ready for you to send. Just add your images to this email and send it. If you have a lot of images and need to split them over several emails then just jot a note to say ‘Email 1 of 6′ (or something similar) so that we can tie things together (no need to send the order form with each email).

Clicking on the icon may open the PDF in your browser or in Acrobat Reader (depending on how your computer is set up). If you wish to download it for use later, please right-click on the icon and choose ‘Save Link as…’ and choose a location to save it (the Desktop is ideal).

On receipt we will check the total sum and the files you supply before starting work on your project – payment isn’t taken until your order is ready for despatch. A VAT receipt is supplied with your order.
