Ordering by post
Using the following media (which will be returned with your order):

Remember to send only copies of your data, it is asking for trouble posting original camera memory cards.

If posting your order please use the PDF order form (link below). Print it out, fill it in and enclose with your data disk.

Please do not send by Recorded / Special Delivery or any method that requires a signature - chances are that delivery will be attempted on Saturday or before opening hours. As the package will have to be collected from the sorting office it will lead to significant delays to your order.

Please make sure you use the correct postage for the size and weight of your envelope - do not hope for the best! Royal Mail charge excess postage plus £1 for understamped mail - and postmen don't collect the money these days, leading to significant delays in us receiving your order.

We will check the total sum and the files you supply before starting work on your project - payment isn't taken until your order is ready for despatch. A VAT receipt is supplied by email, fax or post.

Disks and data cards may be posted but please ensure that you have a copy of the data.
