Please, if at all possible send your images converted to high quality JPEGs - there is no quality drop, sending unnecessarily large files waste time and bandwidth! Native formats created by supported programs (see here for further info).
By FTP:
The best practical way of sending large files over your dial-up or broadband connected PC or Mac is FTP.
Please put all your files in a folder with a Word or Notepad document giving your email address. Name this folder with your name and transfer this folder to our FTP box. Complete our on-line order form (here) and we will match the order and the files you sent by FTP.
The most reliable method is to use a proper FTP application such as SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com - freeware for personal use, modest cost for commercial use) for the PC or for the OSX Mac try RBrowser Lite (www.rbrowser.com - Lite is freeware, Basic version for modest cost). We do not offer advice on using these FTP programs but if you know how to use them then great!
